Looking for something to do this July? Then head out to Wyoming and spend a week enjoying the Cheyenne Frontier Days. With crowds of upwards of 200,000 people each year, it’s one of the largest and most popular events of it’s kind in the world. Featuring ten full days of nightly music and comedy shows, horse riding demonstrations and a sanctioned bull riding event. The Cheyenne Frontier Days has enough events to keep the entire family entertained. Parades are held during the week and alternate with free pancake breakfasts being served in the mornings. The nightly shows have featured popular music concerts from performers like Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, and Alan Jackson, giving the opportunity to see an amazing concert practically every night.

At Frontier Park, bring the kids for a chance to step back in time at Wild Horse Gulch, where the townspeople are dressed up in old time costumes from the days when the Wild West was run by guys like Wyatt Earp and Buffalo Bill Cody. The highlight of Cheyenne Frontier Days for many has to be the Rodeo. Consistently picked as the National Outdoor Rodeo of the Year, this Professional Bull Riders sponsored event is action packed, with over ten events. Remember, if you want to head out to the Cheyenne Frontier Days book early. The event is so popular that the area hotels often sell out months in advance. If you want to take a little day trip to the event, it’s only ninety minutes north of Denver, Colorado. Find out more & get your tickets at the event website!
