1. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a large bowl, then add in milk, cream, and rum.

2. Cover the base in chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3. Before serving beat egg whites in a bowl. Fold into eggnog base and grate nutmeg and cinnamon over to your liking.

2 teaspoons brown sugar

2 ounces mezcal or tequila (substitute agave nectar or cactus juice for a non-alcoholic option)

3 mint leaves

1 ounce club soda

1/2 ounce orange juice

1/2 ounce lime sour mix

What To Do

1. Muddle the clementine and brown sugar in a glass.

2. Add orange juice, mezcal (or substitute), lime mix, mint leaves, and fill with ice.
